Finance Manager (INDG)

In this role you will support growth across Bloomberg Industry Group's flagship products by delivering detailed reporting, analytics, and insights to Finance and business stakeholders. You will manage monthly close processes, develop forecasts and long-range plans, and assist with special corporate projects. You'll build and maintain Excel-based models to monitor performance and KPIs, and provide commentary on drivers behind variances. This position offers the chance to influence planning cycles, validate headcount data for sales commissions, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive informed decisions.

• Manage monthly close and support financial reporting and analytics
• Develop forecasts and long-range plans; assist with annual planning cycles
• Support sales commissions calculations and validate related headcount data
• Create and maintain Excel-based financial models for performance monitoring and scenario analysis
• Provide insightful commentary on drivers of performance and variances
• Assist with special projects for corporate support units as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7 years of direct experience in financial planning & analysis, business analytics, or corporate/strategic finance
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large data sets
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial analysis tools (trend and variance analyses)
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, SAP) and proficiency in Salesforce, Workday, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx or equivalents
• Experience in a subscription-based business
• Experience handling sensitive headcount and compensation data for sales commissions
